What to do if your tracking number does not work:
  • Usually, when your tracking number does not work, the package has simply not been shipped yet, however, you may try the method detailed below:
     
    1. Navigate to www.17track.net

    2. Enter your tracking code into the orange tracking box

    3. Instead of just clicking "Track", instead, click where it says "Carrier (Auto-Select)"

    4. When you click "Carrier (Auto-Select)", you'll see a list of options to select. Identify which carrier corresponds with the tracking code you are looking up by looking at the list below, then manually search for that carrier, and select it. 
     
    •  If the Tracking Number starts with...  Then select this carrier

      5. Once you've manually selected the correct carrier, then hit "TRACK", and you should see the detailed tracking information appear.
